Loosers zones or psuedo fractures pathognomonic for osteomalacia.

However it is also seen rarely in pagets disease

Fibrous dysplasia

Hyperparathyroidism

Renal osteodystrophy

Hyperphospatasia

Osteogenesis imperfecta
